Николаев и значительная часть области остались без электричества: что стало причиной отключения?

A large part of the Mykolaiv region was left without electricity on the morning of November 29. The cause of the outage was a network break.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Mykolaivoblenergo and the head of the Mykolaiv OVA Vitaliy Kim.

According to the energy workers, as of 8:00 AM, approximately 70% of the Mykolaiv region, including the city of Mykolaiv, was without power. Meanwhile, in areas where power has been restored, hourly electricity shutdown schedules remain in effect.

Kim stated that the reason for the power outage was a break in the electrical network. Energy workers have already located the site of the accident.

"They promise to repair and start restoring power by 11:00," added the head of the Mykolaiv region.

Massive Attack on Energy Infrastructure

On Thursday, November 29, the occupiers launched a new massive strike on Ukraine. The energy sector was targeted by the enemy.

According to the Air Forces, there were 12 hits, primarily at facilities in the fuel and energy sector. Rescuers reported damage to infrastructure facilities in the Rivne, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Volyn, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv, and Vinnytsia regions.

During the shelling, emergency power outages were implemented in Ukraine. Afterward, Ukraine returned to scheduled outages, but restrictions were intensified due to damage to facilities.
