These funds will be serviced from future revenues generated by the immobilization of Russian sovereign assets in accordance with G7 legal systems and international law. The disbursement of funds is planned to occur through various channels, including budgetary, military, and reconstruction assistance to Ukraine.
The leaders expressed gratitude for the timely implementation of this historic decision and noted the constructive involvement of the European Union in reaching these agreements. It was stated that the G7 reaffirms its commitments made at the summit in Apulia and focuses on supporting Ukraine in the face of aggression from the terrorist, which has caused significant harm to the Ukrainian people.
