A section of the Odessa-Reni highway will be closed at night. What is the reason for this?

On the transit section of the "Odessa-Reni" highway, vehicle movement will be suspended on the night of November 12. A portion of the road will be closed from 01:00 to 04:00.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the State Border Guard Service.

"According to information provided by our Moldovan colleagues, from 01:00 to 04:00 on November 12, 2024, work will be conducted on the transit section to install equipment for monitoring vehicle traffic," the State Border Guard Service stated.

As a result, the movement of passenger and cargo vehicles through the checkpoints "Mayaki" and "Udobnoe" will be temporarily halted.

Ukrainians are advised to take this information into account when planning their trips.

Recall that on the night of November 8, traffic was also temporarily suspended on the "Odessa-Reni" highway.
