Nearly 30 additional artillery systems and 1,650 occupiers: the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff has updated the information on enemy losses.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated another 1,650 Russian occupiers in just one day. Additionally, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 8 tanks, 26 armored fighting vehicles, and 28 enemy artillery systems.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of Russian invaders from February 24, 2022, to November 16, 2024, are estimated to be
- personnel - approximately 719,240 (+1,650) individuals,
- tanks - 9,338 (+8) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 18,994 (+26) units,
- artillery systems - 20,520 (+28) units,
- MLRS - 1,252 units,
- air defense systems - 999 units,
- airplanes - 369 units,
- helicopters - 329 units,
- operational-tactical drones - 18,914 (+28),
- cruise missiles - 2,641 units,
- ships / boats - 28 units,
- submarines - 1 unit,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 29,236 (+69) units,
- special vehicles - 3,651 (+6) units.
Situation at the Front
Recall that in the evening report on November 15, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that since the beginning of that day, 157 combat clashes occurred at the front.
Moreover, military command reported that the highest number of battles is recorded in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions, while in the Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled over twenty enemy attacks.
Additionally, yesterday the British publication BBC News reported that the rate of increase in Russian deaths in the war against Ukraine is at a record high since the war began.
