The wind will be from the west at 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day across Ukraine, except for the south and Transcarpathia.
Nighttime temperatures will range from 3-8 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 11 degrees along the Black Sea coast; daytime temperatures will be between 11-16°, with highs of up to 19° in the Carpathians, Odessa, Mykolaiv regions, and Crimea, while the highlands of the Carpathians will see temperatures of 7-12°.
