On the morning of Saturday, October 26, explosions can be heard in Kyiv. Air defense forces are active in the capital.

This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Telegram from the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA).

"Air defense is operational in Kyiv. Please remain in shelters until the air raid alert is lifted," said Serhiy Popko, head of KCMA, at 06:13.

It is important to note that the alert in the capital is still ongoing. It was declared at 03:29 due to the threat of kamikaze drones of the "Shahed" type.
