The Russian city of Bryansk was attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles. The military reported the destruction of all targets, but an impact was recorded on an apartment building in the city.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the governor of the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation Alexander Bogomaz and the Russian Telegram channel Mash.
The regional head noted that according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, air defense forces detected and destroyed four aircraft-type drones.
At the same time, Bogomaz stated that a drone allegedly attacked an apartment building in the city. As a result of the attack, one resident was injured.
"Windows, a balcony, and the facade of the building were damaged on one of the floors. Operational and emergency services are working at the scene. Information about the consequences is being clarified," he noted.
Russian public channels have released photos and videos from the incident site.
In recent months, drone attacks on various regions and cities of the Russian Federation have increased, particularly in the border areas with Ukraine. Drones primarily target oil depots, oil refineries, and military facilities.
On the night of October 19, strike drones attacked the Russian plant "Kremnii El" for the fourth time in Bryansk region. A fire broke out at the impact site. The plant is the largest producer of microelectronics in Russia.
On the night of October 10, drones targeted a facility of the "Rosneft" corporation in Bryansk region.
And on the night of October 9, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck an ammunition depot in Bryansk region, where aviation bombs and shells from North Korea were stored.
