In Ukraine, there are plans to extend the training period for mobilized individuals from one month to one and a half months.

This information is reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to them, a pilot project is already being implemented in Ukraine, which aims to increase the duration of basic military training from 1 month to 1.5 months.

"As part of the project, the BZIN program has been updated to address current needs and challenges. In December, I will make a decision on the new BZIN model. In the future, if the operational situation allows, I do not rule out the next stage of extending the basic training period," noted Syrsky.

As reported, the basic military training program in training centers for mobilized individuals is planned to be extended to 1.5 months. Currently, the duration of BOVP is at least one month.
