On the morning of November 11, an air raid alert was announced in Kyiv and many other regions of Ukraine. The alert was triggered by a missile threat.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Attention! Missile threat across the entire territory of Ukraine! Takeoff of MiG-31K," the message stated at 06:52.
Earlier, at 05:51, the military reported that the enemy had launched 8 strategic bomber Tu-95MS aircraft into the sky. They also warned that the alert was specifically related to the presence of enemy aircraft in the airspace. Later, the Air Forces confirmed that the planes had launched missiles.
"The air raid alert is connected to the launch of cruise missiles from strategic bombers Tu-95MS from the Caspian Sea region," the military stated at 06:25.
At 06:57, the Kyiv City Military Administration confirmed that there is indeed a missile threat, particularly for the capital.
As of 06:53, the alert continues in most regions of Ukraine.
