On the morning of November 28, an air alert was declared across the entire territory of Ukraine. The cause was identified as a missile threat.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Telegram of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"An air alert has been declared throughout Ukraine due to a missile threat," the message stated at 05:19.

Recall that less than half an hour ago, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russia launched Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea. Following this, a large-scale alert was declared in the country.
Prior to that, about an hour ago, the Armed Forces warned that Russian troops had lifted up to four Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the sky. They took off from the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region.
