Russian "military correspondents" claimed that Russian forces captured two streets in Martynovka (northeast of Sudzha) and advanced 1.6 km in the vicinity of Daryino, reaching Nikolaev-Darino (both southeast of Korenevo).
Russian bloggers also asserted that Putin's troops advanced to the east and southeast of Nizhny Klin, near Kamyshevka and southwest of Pogrebki. However, ISW found no evidence to support these claims.
On November 29, a Ukrainian brigade operating in the Kursk direction reported that it repelled a Russian mechanized attack involving an enhanced platoon in an unspecified area of the Kursk region, destroying 5 out of 6 enemy armored vehicles through remote mining.
A representative of the UAF brigade operating in the Kursk direction stated that the Russians continue to use a significant amount of armored vehicles, including tanks, for counterattacks in the Kursk region, and Russian airborne units are also utilizing motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).
It was reported that UAF and Russian troops continued combat operations near Novoyivanovka and Daryino, Martynovka, Malaya Loknya, Sverdlikovo, and Plekhovo on November 27, 28, and 29.

Sources in Ukrainian intelligence reported to the media on November 29 that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine conducted a successful sabotage operation in Rylsk, Kursk region, and burned a Russian vehicle with short-range drones.
Russian invaders continued their offensive near Glubokoye, Volchansk, and Tikhoye in the Kharkiv region on November 27, 28, and 29, but made no advances.
Russian "military correspondents" claimed on November 28 and 29 that Russian forces achieved minor progress in Volchansk, with ongoing battles near Liptsy. A representative of the UAF brigade and the commander of the drone platoon operating in the Kharkiv direction reported on November 29 that Ukrainian forces are using drones to monitor the airspace in the northern Kharkiv region, pushing the occupiers further back toward the international border with Russia.
According to him, they have largely forced the occupiers to stop using armored vehicles, and enemy soldiers are forced to move on foot and conduct infantry assaults in the northern Kharkiv region.

A Ukrainian official confirmed that a small group of Russian occupiers recently crossed to the western (right) bank of the Oskol River in the Kupiansk direction amid ongoing fighting north of Kupiansk on November 28 and 29.
The deputy commander of the UAF drone forces in the Kupiansk direction stated on November 28 that a small group of Russian infantry had crossed to the western bank and that UAF is working to repel the attack.
The General Staff of the UAF reported that on November 28, the occupiers attacked on the western bank near Figolovka, Golubovka, and Kondrashovka (not far from Kupiansk).
Russian sources claimed that Putin's troops have entrenched themselves on the western bank near Dvurechne and are allegedly clearing this settlement.
Ukrainian military analyst Konstantin Mashovets stated on November 29 that the enemy also crossed the Oskol River near the suspension bridge south of Novomynsk, and that the Russian contingent on the western bank does not exceed a company in size.
However, Mashovets noted that the Russian command will likely seek to expand this foothold.

Russian "military correspondents" claimed on November 27 and 28 that UAF counterattacked west of Klishchievka, and that RF troops allegedly advanced and secured positions near the fire-resistant plant in the center of Chasovoy Yar, engaging in battles near high-rise buildings and the "Avangard" stadium in the city center, and advancing in the wooded areas northwest of Kurdyumovka.
However, ISW found no visual confirmation of these claims made by Russian bloggers.

Russian bloggers stated on November 28 and 29 that Putin's troops recently advanced 250 meters into the southern part of Nelipovka, 1.2 km wide and 650 meters deep in the wooded area south of Toretsk, and 300 meters in the western part of the Zabal'skiy microdistrict (southern outskirts of Toretsk).
Major Anastasia Bobovnikova, a representative of the Luhansk grouping of UAF troops, reported on November 28 that the situation in Toretsk remains very difficult due to Russian air and artillery strikes and intense close combat in the city.
On November 27, Bobovnikova stated that the enemy is conducting fewer airstrikes on Ukrainian positions in Toretsk due to bad weather but continues to use drones and conduct assaults with poorly trained and equipped contract soldiers.
On November 28 and 29, the General Staff of the UAF reported that Russian occupiers continued assaults near Toretsk, in the areas of Diliyevka and Druzhba.

Russian troops recently advanced south of Pokrovsk. Geolocation footage released on November 28 shows that the occupiers advanced to the center of Zheltoye, while geolocation footage from November 29 demonstrates that the invaders are advancing in the wooded area northeast of Zheltoye.
"The Russian advance into the center of Zheltoye also indicates that Russian troops likely recently captured Pustynka (southeast of Zheltoye), as Russian forces had to move through Pustynka to reach Zheltoye," the ISW report states.
