Russian sources claimed on November 12 and 13 that Russian troops advanced in the area of Novoiivankivka, Zelenyi Put, and Daryino, near Kurylivka and Plekhovo, although no confirmation was observed in ISW.
Russian forces continued their assaults in the vicinity of Novoiivankivka, Leonidovo, Daryino, Mykolaiv-Daryino, and Mala Loknia.
A Ukrainian soldier operating in the Kursk region stated on November 13 that Russian units attacked his brigade's positions in an unspecified area of the Kursk region. He reported that Russian troops conduct mechanized assaults daily using 4-6 armored vehicles.

The Governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, stated on November 12 that a Ukrainian drone struck an oil depot near Staryi Oskol, causing a fire in an oil tank.
Russian invaders continued offensive actions near Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region on November 12 and 13, but made no advances.

Russian occupiers continued their offensive along the Kupiansk - Svatove - Kreminna line on November 12 and 13; however, no confirmed changes in the frontline were reported.
Russian "military correspondents" claimed that Putin's troops advanced 200 meters wide and 200 meters deep towards Moskivka, 600 meters wide and 200 meters deep towards Borova, as well as north, west, and east from Kruhlyakiv, north of Vysheve, near Pershyi Maivskyi, 400 meters wide and 400 meters deep towards Torske. However, ISW did not find any confirmation.
On November 13, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian defenders repelled a Russian mechanized assault that was conducted in 4 waves, using 15 units of armored vehicles, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and UR-77 mine-clearing vehicles.

At the same time, on November 12, a Russian "military correspondent" reported that there had been dry weather for several days, facilitating the movement of vehicles on partially dry roads.

Russian forces recently advanced in the center of Toretsk. Geolocation footage from November 12 shows that the occupiers advanced to Engel's Street in the city center.
A Russian "military correspondent" claimed that Russian forces control about 70% of Toretsk, but ISW experts did not find confirmation of this statement and currently estimate that Russians control about 23.1% of Toretsk.
