Zelensky: Transfers via "Army+" should be accessible to all Defense Forces.

The new mechanism for transferring military personnel between units should be accessible to all Defense Forces. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky issued corresponding instructions to the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine referencing the evening address of the head of state.

He reminded that transfers of military personnel to other units will soon be carried out through the "Army+" application. Additionally, there must be a clear response to each transfer request.

According to Zelensky, the Ministry of Defense will explain all the details of the new initiative to the public both during the test phase and after its full launch.

The President added that all decisions made by military commanders on reports will be monitored to prevent unjustified refusals. The response algorithm for the report has been established.

"Today, I instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to report on how to extend this opportunity to all Defense and Security Forces, particularly to the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Service. All our warriors deserve equal respect," emphasized Zelensky.

New Transfer Mechanism

Let us remind you that today the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution allowing military personnel to submit a transfer request to another unit via the "Army+" application.

The Ministry of Defense noted that several documents will be required for this. Specifically, this includes a copy of the military ID or officer's identification and a recommendation letter from the brigade to which the transfer is planned.
