On the evening of October 30, Russia launched a guided aerial bomb at a nine-story building in Kharkiv. Videos of the aftermath of the attack have already surfaced online.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing Telegram from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and a channel of the communications advisor to the head of the Office of the President, Daria Zarivna.

"Unfortunately, there are casualties, including children. There may still be people trapped under the rubble. All necessary services are on site," the head of state stated.

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine's partners see what is happening every day. In these circumstances, every delayed decision from them translates into at least dozens, if not hundreds, of such Russian bombs targeting our country. This is about the lives of "our people."

"Therefore, we must collectively stop Russia and do so with all possible strength," he stressed.

Simultaneously, Daria Zarivna also published a video showing rescuers clearing debris to save people, adding her commentary.

"In Kharkiv, Russian beasts struck a residential building with a guided bomb. There is a child under the rubble. I hate it," she wrote.

Recall that the explosion in Kharkiv occurred around 22:51. Following this, Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov clarified that the Russians hit a multi-story building with a guided bomb. The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration specified that the strike was recorded in the Saltiv district.

According to the latest information, as of 23:52, there are 18 reported casualties.
