During a recent government meeting, Shmyhal also emphasized that President Volodymyr Zelensky will not sign the controversial bill on firewood regulation (yes, this refers to the scandalous fines).
Instead, the government plans to support Ukrainians who are gathering resources for winter heating on their own.
“Starting from the new year, the state will provide an additional 1000 UAH to teachers' salaries, and from September 1, 2025, it will be 2000 UAH ‘net’,” - stated Shmyhal, according to a message referencing the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
