The Kharkiv Territorial Center for Recruitment responded to the scandal involving the lawyer: Here's what they are saying.

The Kharkiv Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on the altercation between one of their employees and a lawyer that occurred yesterday, January 9.

This information was reported by the Kharkiv RTC and SP, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the RTC, the incident took place during a military medical commission operating at one of Kharkiv's medical institutions. Preliminary findings suggest that the conflict was triggered by the behavior of a woman who identified herself as the lawyer of a conscript.

"The citizen's aggressive behavior and attempts to provoke a conflict hindered the work of the military medical commission. To resolve the situation, the serviceman pushed her outside the official premises. However, the command condemns the actions of the serviceman who was provoked. Therefore, a service investigation has been initiated, and appropriate responses and disciplinary measures will be taken based on the findings. We will also provide all necessary information to law enforcement agencies conducting the investigation," the statement reads.

Additional briefings for alert groups and the entire personnel of the RTC are being conducted. In case of discovering any violations or potential conflicts, individuals are encouraged to contact law enforcement or the "hotline" of the Kharkiv RTC at 066-033-81-62.
