Russian servicemen from the 61st Separate Brigade of the Northern Fleet Marine Corps suffered losses during an unsuccessful operation on the Bellogruydy Island in the Dnipro Delta.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the partisan movement "ATESH".
According to an agent of the "ATESH" movement within the 61st Separate Brigade of the Northern Fleet Marine Corps, two Russian soldiers were struck by a Ukrainian drone, lost control of their jet ski, and drowned.
"Such incidents are not uncommon in the Russian forces. The reason is poor or completely lacking training and the challenging terrain conditions that the soldiers simply cannot handle," the partisans noted.
It is reported that in addition to technical difficulties, the morale of the Russian occupiers is at a low level. Furthermore, as the partisans point out, some Russian soldiers are sent to the islands as punishment.
The "ATESH" movement reports that demoralized military personnel from Russian units face significant challenges in carrying out operations, and such failures further diminish their combat effectiveness.
The partisans also reminded that all information regarding the activities of Russian troops is transmitted to the Ukrainian Defense Forces to enhance resistance against the occupiers.
This partisan movement operates in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as within Russia itself. It was established in 2022 by Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars to counter Russian aggression and assist in the liberation of occupied territories.
The name of the movement derives from the Crimean Tatar word meaning "fire".
The movement engages in reconnaissance, sabotage, and the destruction of military equipment and infrastructure of the occupiers.
The organization consists of various groups, including civilians tasked with propaganda and information dissemination.
Additionally, ATESH agents often integrate into Russian military units to gain access to internal information. Their activities cover a wide range of regions—from Crimea to occupied areas of the Kherson region and even parts of Russia.
Recall that partisans from the movement reported that they learned about the Russians' tricks during the establishment of military facilities in Crimea.
Moreover, recently a Russian kafir betrayed the partisans by revealing the location of the air defense and unit headquarters in the Donetsk region.
