The partisans conducted reconnaissance of a Russian oil depot in the Smolensk region. This oil refinery plays a role in supplying the occupiers in the border regions of the Russian Federation.
This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, referencing the Telegram channel of the partisan movement "ATESH."
"An agent successfully carried out reconnaissance of the oil depot in the locality of Stodolishche, Smolensk region. All collected data has already been transmitted to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is currently being processed," the message states.
The partisans note that Ukrainian forces are highly interested in the destruction of this facility.
"The elimination of such facilities will deal a significant blow to the supply of Russian troops in the border areas - Belgorod, Voronezh, and Bryansk regions. This will particularly impact the Kursk region, where fierce battles are currently taking place," the "ATESH" group adds.

Previously, successful strikes against Russian fuel infrastructure were recorded in the Smolensk region.
In April 2024, an oil depot in the locality of Razdorovo was hit, and on December 31, the oil depot in Yartsevo was struck.
"Now it is the turn of another important logistical hub for the occupiers," the partisan movement states.
As reported earlier by the partisans, Russia is employing a new strategy for fuel storage following strikes on oil refineries. Fuel-laden vehicles are being heavily camouflaged.
