Удар по Украине в Рождество свидетельствует о том, что Путин не стремится к миру, заявил министр иностранных дел Нидерландов.

The Russian massive shelling of Ukraine on Christmas demonstrates that Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin is not interested in peace. The dictator aims to annihilate Ukraine.

As reported by RBK-Ukraine, this was stated by the Dutch Foreign Minister Kaspar Veldkamp on social media X.

"On Christmas morning, Russia launched yet another large-scale attack on Ukraine's energy sector. This malicious timing choice indicates that Putin is not interested in peace, but only in the destruction of Ukraine," Veldkamp noted.

He assured that the Netherlands will continue to be committed to ending this brutal aggression by 2025.

Massive Strike on Ukraine

Let us remind you that on the night of December 25, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 78 missiles. The enemy targeted energy facilities in several regions of the country.

Following the attack, energy workers had to implement power outage schedules in Ukraine. The Russians managed to damage several energy facilities.

As emphasized by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin deliberately chose to strike Ukraine with missiles and drones on Christmas night.

Meanwhile, the future special representative of elected U.S. President Donald Trump for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, referred to such shelling as a "brutal attack".

You can find detailed information on the consequences of the shelling in the RBK-Ukraine article.
