Ukrainian forces targeted six areas occupied by Russian troops. Here's the latest situation on the front lines as of this morning (with maps).

On February 8, there were 133 clashes on the front in Ukraine. The occupiers launched the most attacks in the Pokrovsk area, while the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck six regions with Russian forces.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"In the past 24 hours, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces inflicted damage on six areas where personnel and equipment were concentrated, three artillery systems, and two radar stations of the Russian invaders," the statement said.

Situation in the Pokrovsk Direction

In the Pokrovsk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine halted 54 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of Yelizavetovka, Promin, Pyschane, Novoaleksandrovka, Andriivka, Dachne, Kalynove, Vodyane Druhe, Zelenyi Pole, Novotoretsk, Lisovka, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Nadeivka, Preobrazhenka, and Shevchenko.

Situation in Other Directions

In the Kharkiv direction, Ukrainian forces repelled two enemy attacks near Volchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, there were eight attacks by the occupiers over the past day. The Defense Forces defended against enemy assaults near the settlements of Zahryzovo and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked seven times, attempting to advance in the directions of Novo, Kolodyaziv, Novoihorivka, and Yampolivka.

In the Seversk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine four times in the area of Bilohorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, three clashes were recorded in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Belyi Hora.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made nine attacks near Krymske and Toretsk.

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 12 attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops, concentrating their efforts near Konstantiopil.

In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out one attack towards Novopole.

In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovsk directions, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions.

In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 28 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. Additionally, the enemy carried out 44 airstrikes using 64 guided bombs and conducted 544 artillery shellings of the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, including 15 from multiple rocket launch systems.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.

Russian Losses in Ukraine

On February 8, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine amounted to 1,460 military personnel. Ukrainian warriors also neutralized 11 tanks, 20 armored fighting vehicles, 24 artillery systems, one aircraft, 83 operational-tactical level UAVs, 127 vehicles, and one unit of special equipment belonging to the occupiers.
