Sources from Focus indicate that the SBU is involved in the elimination of Russian General Kirillov.

Sources from the publication refer to the Russian lieutenant general as a war criminal and a legitimate target. The high-ranking officer issued orders to use prohibited chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops.
По информации источников Фокуса, к устранению российского генерала Кириллова имеет отношение СБУ.

"The recent assassination of the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, is a special operation by the SBU," reports a source.

According to our sources, the scooter loaded with explosives was detonated as Kirillov and his assistant were entering the entrance of a building on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow. Both were killed.

"Kirillov was a war criminal and a perfectly legitimate target, as he issued orders to use prohibited chemical weapons against Ukrainian forces. A dishonorable end awaits all who kill Ukrainians. Retribution for war crimes is inevitable," stated an informed source within the SBU.

On December 16, the Security Service announced suspicions against Igor Kirillov due to the mass use of banned chemical weapons against the Defense Forces in eastern and southern Ukraine.

As writes the Russian media outlet Mash, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov was remotely detonated using a surveillance camera.

"The assassination of the head of the RCB protection troops was organized similarly to the attempted murder of a Russian Armed Forces officer on July 24 on Sinyavinskaya Street. At that time, a saboteur installed an explosive device under the soldier’s vehicle and placed a camera with a SIM card nearby. This was done to avoid being at the scene of the attack and to activate the detonator remotely when the victim was within the kill zone," the report states.

Mash reports that the camera was installed in place of the scooter's light, facing the exit, so that the explosion would destroy it as the main piece of evidence. The person who set the explosion could be anywhere in the world and make the call to the SIM card from any location.

It is worth noting that on December 17, it became known that an unknown explosive device detonated in Moscow, killing Russian General Igor Kirillov and his assistant.
