"There are currently no grounds for negotiations," Peskov is quoted by Russian propagandists, adding that "the Russian Federation has repeatedly expressed its openness to dialogue."
He further noted that several countries are ready to join their organization.
"Many countries have expressed their willingness to provide their territory for negotiations. We are grateful to all countries for such goodwill, including Qatar," the Kremlin spokesperson added.
