Ingredients:
- Lentils — 400 g.
- Onion — 150 g.
- Carrot — 150 g.
- Potato — 200 g.
- Cream (33%) — 200 ml.
- Water — 2 l.
- Salt, pepper, paprika, coriander, dried basil, turmeric — to taste.
- Sautéed chicken fillet (optional).
Preparation:

Prepare all the ingredients: chop the onion, carrot, and potato as you like.

Sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, adding salt and pepper. Then, mix in the paprika and coriander.

Add the potato, followed by the lentils. Sauté everything together for a few more minutes.

Pour in the water, add turmeric and basil. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

After cooking, blend the soup until smooth using a blender. Serve the soup with croutons and a slice of lemon.
