Depending on the provider and the specific plan, the increase will range from 25% to 70%. The primary reasons for these changes include rising electricity costs, economic conditions, and the need for network modernization.
Kyivstar has already raised prices on several tariff plans by an average of 25% starting December 2024, which translates to an additional 65 hryvnias per month. The company offers customers the option of prepaying for a whole year to lock in current prices for certain plans.

Vodafone has also implemented a price increase of 40–70 hryvnias per month starting January 30, 2025. However, the company has also increased the number of gigabytes available in certain plans, providing users with more mobile data.
Lifecell will also review its tariffs starting February 5, 2025, raising them by an average of 34%. To assist customers in managing their expenses, the provider is offering a 15% discount to those who choose to pay for a whole year in advance.
As mobile operators continue to adjust their prices, subscribers may need to reconsider their plans or take advantage of the annual payment option to mitigate rising costs.
