Today, February 3rd, snow is expected in Ukraine. The temperature will drop further, reaching -8 degrees.
This information comes from RBK-Ukraine, referencing the forecast by meteorologist Natalka Didenko.
"On Monday, daytime temperatures in Ukraine will range from -2 to +3 degrees. Due to the activity of atmospheric fronts, light snow will periodically fall in most regions on February 3rd," she explained.
At the same time, according to the meteorologist, in the southern part of Ukraine and the southeast, snow and wet snow will be moderate.
"There is a possibility of wet snow accumulation, which may complicate road conditions, and rain will occur at higher temperatures. In some areas of southern Ukraine, precipitation may reach significant levels, with heavy rain expected in Crimea during the day," the meteorologist added.
The wind in Ukraine will predominantly be from the northwest, moderate, with gusts of 15-20 m/s possible in the western regions.
In Kyiv, Monday will be cool, with nighttime temperatures of -1 to -3 degrees and daytime temperatures around 0. Light snow will fall, creating icy conditions on the roads.
Further into the week, temperatures in Ukraine will drop by a few more degrees, with nighttime lows of -3 to -8 degrees and daytime highs of -3 to +2 degrees.
Overall, as meteorologists have previously warned, February 2025 in Ukraine will be warmer than usual.
