It has been reported that individuals updating their registration details in the TCC and SP are now required to undergo a medical examination. Previously, they were simply summoned without an immediate referral to the Military Medical Commission.

Additionally, the validity period of medical certificates issued during mobilization or martial law has been extended to one year for all individuals undergoing the VVK.

Ukrainians who are conscripted and have a valid deferment will not need to undergo the VVK examination. The only exception is for those wishing to serve under contract or voluntarily initiate this process.

Furthermore, individuals no longer need to undergo the VVK to obtain a deferment through the reservation system, simplifying the process for those eligible.

Referrals to the VVK can now be sent directly to electronic accounts, making the process more digital and accessible.

Men under the age of 45 will be assessed for fitness for service in the Airborne Forces, Special Operations Forces, and the Marine Corps.

These new mobilization rules aim to enhance efficiency, ensure a more structured examination process, and boost Ukraine's military readiness.
