Sweden has announced the largest military aid package to Ukraine

Sweden will provide Ukraine with the largest military aid package. Its value amounts to 13.5 billion Swedish kronor (approximately $1.25 billion).

This package will also enhance Ukraine's long-range capabilities. Sweden intends to allocate about 1 billion Swedish kronor for Ukraine to be able to produce long-range missiles and drones.

Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in Russia halted operations after attacks, equipment damaged

The Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery, located in the Rostov region of Russia, has suspended its operations. Equipment damage was reported following the attack, said the head of the Central Production Department, Andrey Kovalenko.

He reminded that last year, the refinery processed, by various estimates, around 3 million tons of oil. While the plant has the capacity to process 7.5 million tons, its operations have been hindered by attacks.

PACE adopted a resolution on achieving "peace through strength" in Ukraine

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a resolution titled "European Commitment to a Just and Lasting Peace in Ukraine" with a convincing majority of votes. 86 PACE delegates voted in favor of the decision, no one opposed, and 6 delegates abstained.
