The foundation clarified that applications for this assistance are accepted from citizens whose homes were damaged or destroyed due to shelling after July 8, 2024, and who currently reside in Dnipro, Samara, Pavlograd, Synelnykove, Kamensky, and Tomakivka communities.

Priority for these payments will be given to vulnerable groups, such as:

People with disabilities or serious illnesses;

Pensioners over 60 years old who lack family support;

Large families with three or more children under the age of 18;

Pregnant or breastfeeding women;

Single parents or guardians of children under 18.

A one-time charitable grant of 10,800 UAH will be transferred to the recipient's IBAN account, with a maximum of four grants per family.
