Due to the Russian combined aerial attack this morning, February 1, emergency power outages are being implemented in several regions. Currently, such restrictions are in effect in seven areas.

According to Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko, preventive measures to limit electricity have been taken.
"The enemy continues its energy terror! Due to the attack, the transmission system operator is urgently implementing preventive limitation measures," the official stated on his Facebook page.
He also urged citizens to stay updated with official announcements.
Additionally, as reported by the Poltava Regional Military Administration (OVA), damage to energy infrastructure was recorded in the Myrhorod district.
"164 residential consumers and 1 legal entity are without power. Specialists are already working on restoring electricity supply," the administration stated.
It was previously reported that a large-scale air alert was declared in Ukraine due to an enemy missile attack. The military warned of the threat of ballistic weapon use from the northeast.
Later, explosions were heard in several cities. Moreover, it was reported that there were already known casualties in Kharkiv, where fires also broke out.
Recall that earlier this night, Russian occupiers launched strike drones at Zaporizhzhia, and hostile aerial targets damaged private homes, an educational institution, as well as energy infrastructure.
