Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 130 g
- Leek – 40 g
- Vegetable oil – 10 ml
- Tom Yum paste – 50 g
- Coconut milk – 200 ml
- Water – 600 ml
- Seafood mix – 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
- Cilantro – 1 tbsp
- Rice – 100 g
- Lime – 1 pc
How to prepare:

Slice the mushrooms and leek.

In a pot, heat the oil and lightly sauté the sliced mushrooms with leek.

Add the Tom Yum paste, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.

Add the seafood mix and cherry tomatoes. Once the soup starts to boil, remove from heat.
