According to "Dumka," this information was provided by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Based on the rescuers' reports, a team promptly responded to the call at the following address: Kharkiv, Freedom Square, State Industry Building.
No fire was detected. The cause of the injury was due to repair work being conducted on the roof of the building.
