In the past 24 hours, on February 2, there were 97 combat engagements reported at the front. The highest number of battles was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

"Yesterday, the missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 18 areas where enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment were concentrated, two air defense systems, an electronic warfare system, an ammunition depot, four artillery systems, and two enemy command posts," the General Staff reports.
In the Kharkiv direction, two battles took place near the settlement of Hatyshche.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched 18 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka, Pyschane, Stepna Novoselivka, Bohuslavka, Zahryzovo, and Lozova.
In the Lyman direction, the Defense Forces repelled eight attacks near Novoyehorivka, Novolyubivka, Makeivka, Yampolivka, and towards Serebryanka.
In the Severian direction, two attacks were repelled in the areas of Bilohorivka and Ivanodarivka, with no success achieved.
In the Kramatorsk direction, two storming actions occurred in the areas of the settlements of Predtechyne and Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made eight attacks in the areas of Toretsk and Krymske.
In the Pokrovsk direction, 39 attacks by the aggressor were stopped towards Zeleny Pole, Tarasivka, Uspenivka, Yelyzavetivka, and beyond.
In the Novopavlivsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy storming attempt near Konstantynivka.
In the Orikhiv direction, the invaders made one unsuccessful assault on the positions of our defenders near the settlement of Kamenske.
In the Kursk region, the enemy attacked 12 times.
