Analyst Ivan Us from the National Institute for Strategic Studies points out that these restrictions are specifically aimed at this category of individuals.
According to the new regulations, clients classified as "high risk" will face a monthly transfer limit of up to 50,000 UAH.
Meanwhile, individuals categorized as "medium" or "low" risk will be allowed to transfer up to 150,000 UAH per month.
It is important to note that officially registered volunteers will not be subject to these restrictions. However, individuals receiving gifts or large money transfers must notify and coordinate their actions with their respective banks to ensure compliance with the new rules.
