According to the updated regulation, medical professionals can receive a deferment from mobilization if they are employed at their primary workplace in the following institutions:
State and municipal healthcare facilities.
Public health institutions.
Institutions for forensic and forensic psychiatric examination.
Blood donation centers.
Additionally, the government has extended a complete exemption from mobilization to all servicemen working as prosecutors in the SAP. This decision reflects the crucial role that both medical workers and anti-corruption prosecutors play in maintaining stability in Ukraine during wartime.
These new provisions clarify the priorities of mobilization and ensure that these sectors continue to operate smoothly amid ongoing military challenges.
