Experienced home cooks have revealed the secret to making delicious pizza using a simple loaf of bread. It is incredibly easy, quick to prepare, and can be customized with your favorite ingredients.

How to make "lazy" pizza from a loaf in just 10 minutes and the ingredients:

1 loaf.

2 eggs.

100 ml of milk.

100 g of grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix).

2 tbsp of ketchup or tomato sauce.

Fillings of your choice (chicken, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, fresh vegetables, pickles, etc.)

Cooking instructions:

Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and carefully remove the soft inner part to create two "boats." Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Select your favorite fillings—cooked chicken, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, or vegetables—and evenly distribute them inside the bread boats.

Next, in a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and grated cheese. This will create a rich cheesy mixture that keeps the pizza soft inside and crispy outside.

Spread a layer of ketchup or tomato sauce inside the bread, add your chosen fillings, and then pour the cheese mixture on top.

After that, preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
