What you'll need:
✅ Eggs – 6 pcs.
✅ Milk – 300 ml
✅ Salt – to taste
✅ Butter – for greasing the dish and the finished omelet
Cooking with love:
1️⃣ Beat the eggs – but not until frothy! Just gently mix with a fork to maintain a delicate, airy texture. Add the milk, salt, and mix lightly again.
2️⃣ Choose the right dish. It’s better to use a small dish with high sides – this way, the omelet will rise like it does in preschool! Grease it generously with a piece of butter.

3️⃣ Put it in the oven. Preheat to 200°C, pour the omelet mixture into the dish, and bake for 20-30 minutes. Important: do not open the door while cooking – the omelet needs to rise without sudden temperature changes!
4️⃣ It's ready! Take out the fragrant, fluffy omelet, spread a piece of butter on top, and serve. You can add fresh vegetables, herbs, or cheese – but it will be delightful even without them.
