It has been reported that starting from February 1, 2025, there will be no changes to the rules regarding deferments from mobilization.
As a result, the following categories may lose their right to deferment:
Students who are not enrolled in a primary higher education program or are studying in evening or part-time formats.
Parents of multiple children who have outstanding child support debts.
Individuals caring for disabled persons of groups I-II, provided there are other family members available to assist.
Single fathers whose child's mother is alive and capable of raising the child.
Individuals classified as "limited fitness" who have been reclassified to "fit" after a medical commission.
Lawyers warn that deferments or exemptions may be revoked if it is discovered that someone provided false information to obtain a deferment. A deferment may also be canceled if the circumstances justifying it are no longer valid.
