According to Vodafone, the new tariff has been chosen as the most suitable alternative for affected subscribers. The updated SuperNet Pro package will cost 250 UAH/month, which is 20 UAH more than the previous rate.
Features of the updated SuperNet Pro plan:
22 GB of internet traffic;
Unlimited calls within the Vodafone network;
150 minutes of calls within Ukraine;
50 minutes of calls to 16 foreign countries.
Customers who have the "Year Without Subscription Fee" service will continue to enjoy it until the expiration date of the original service. Meanwhile, the service package of the updated plan will be applied immediately.
Additionally, for three days after switching, calls within the Vodafone network will be free, even if the account balance is insufficient for a top-up.
Vodafone also plans a more extensive price change, which will take effect on January 30, 2024. This change will affect several tariff plans, with increases ranging from 40 to 70 UAH per month.
For some plans, the price increase will come with enhanced features, although this will not apply to all.
Here are the revised prices for some tariffs:
SuperNet Start: 260 UAH (+60 UAH);
SuperNet Pro: 340 UAH (+60 UAH);
SuperNet Unlim: 470 UAH (+60 UAH);
Joice: 260 UAH (+60 UAH);
Light+: 185 UAH (+40 UAH);
Turbo 2023: 250 UAH (+70 UAH);
Joice Start 2023: 260 UAH (+60 UAH);
SuperNet Start 2019: 260 UAH (+65 UAH);
SuperNet Turbo 2019: 250 UAH (+50 UAH);
Joice Pro 2023: 320 UAH (+60 UAH);
Joice Max 2023: 390 UAH (+60 UAH).
The popular operator explained that these price revisions aim to maintain service quality and address the issue of rising operational costs.
While some users may benefit from the updated features, others will face increased expenses without significant changes to their plan's content.
