In an interview with Kyiv24, Tanasychuk explained that different military recruitment centers (TCK) and service personnel (SP) may interpret the provisions of the law differently. Although the law does not explicitly require a medical examination for those deemed "limited fit," it employs different terminology that does not imply this is a mandatory requirement.
Tanasychuk noted that after the 5th, some TCKs may not consider the lack of a medical examination as a violation, while others may regard it as a breach of military registration rules.
He also pointed out that over 1 million "limited fit" individuals have yet to undergo the necessary medical examinations. In response, legislators are working on legal amendments, as reported by Deputy Head of the President's Office Irina Vereshchuk, to extend the deadline for these examinations.
