A woman has gone missing in the forest in the Kharkiv region.

A woman went mushroom hunting in the Kharkiv region and got lost.

This was reported by the communications department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as stated by "Dumka".

The police mentioned that a woman called the emergency number "102" to report that her 29-year-old acquaintance had gone missing in the forest of the village of Kachalovka. The two women had gone out together to gather mushrooms.

Officers from the Bohodukhiv district police department were involved in the search for the missing woman. The police quickly located her. She explained that while she was picking mushrooms with her friend, she turned around and realized her friend was no longer in sight. As it started to get dark quickly and her phone had died, she lost her way.

Police officers led the woman out of the forest and handed her over to her relatives.
