Over the weekend in the Kharkiv region, two men lost their lives due to domestic fires.
As reported by the correspondent of "Dumka," this information was shared today, November 4, during a briefing by Evgeny Vasilenko, a representative of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
According to him, on November 2, a fire broke out in a private residential house in the city of Lyubotyn, located in the Kharkiv district. The flames spread over an area of 75 square meters.
In the aftermath, rescuers found the body of a man born in 1955.
The cause of the fire was a short circuit in the electrical wiring.
Another fatal incident occurred in Kupiansk during a domestic fire on November 3. The fire took place in an apartment on the first floor of a four-story residential building, covering an area of 60 square meters.
While extinguishing the fire, rescuers discovered the body of a deceased man. His identity is currently being established.
The cause of the fire was careless handling of fire.
