On the evening of November 3, around 20:50, Russian forces launched an airstrike on the village of Kovsharovka in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. As a result of the attack, a missile struck a five-story residential building.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to preliminary data, the bodies of three individuals may be trapped under the rubble: two women and one man. One person, a 71-year-old woman, sustained injuries.
The Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region has initiated a pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Efforts to clear the debris are ongoing at the scene, taking into account the security situation in the locality.
During the night of November 4, explosions were heard in Kyiv region as air defense systems repelled attacks from enemy drones.
An air alert was also declared in the capital. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that debris from downed drones fell in the Obolon and Desnyansky districts, mostly in open areas.
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 80 drones and a missile. As of 08:30, the destruction of 50 enemy drones had been confirmed.
