A woman was burned during a fire in Kharkiv.

A domestic fire occurred on Saturday, February 8, at 8:39 PM in a residential high-rise on Valentynivska Street in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv.

According to "Dumka," this information was reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, as reported by "Mysl."

As the rescuers explained, household items were burning in a room of an apartment on the first floor, covering an area of 8 square meters.

A woman born in 1976 was injured in the fire. She was hospitalized with burns to her face, arms, and legs.

Two firefighting teams were involved in extinguishing the blaze. The preliminary cause of the fire is a short circuit in the electrical wiring.
